For the past several months, my routine has been different.

Morning started with packing.

The day went into shifting and organising.

The evening was spent planning.

Many people think I'm simply reopening a food stall.

But that's only a small part of the story.

My dream has never been limited to selling panipuri.

I want to prove that even a small street food business can become a place where technology, innovation, and creativity come together.

Is another step toward that dream.

Why I Stayed Quiet

Sometimes the best way to make progress is to stay silent and keep working.

Instead of making promises every week, I wanted to build something real.

Something people could experience—not just imagine.
