About Gupchup Wala

Gupchup Wala is a hygienic, technology-based street food brand from Saddu, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. We make traditional gupchup (pani puri) with modern, touchless technology, so that every plate is fresh, clean and consistent.

Our Journey

Our journey started on 11 June 2017 as Sahu Panipuri Center in Saddu, Raipur. From the beginning, our goal was simple: serve the street food people love, with a hygiene standard they can trust.

Over the years we built our own sensor-based machines, including a touchless pani dispenser and a dustbin that says thank you in Chhattisgarhi. This work was covered by ETV Bharat Chhattisgarh (2020), IBC24 and PIB India. Today we continue to improve our shop and machines with feedback from our customers.

Our Founder

Mithlesh Sahu is the founder and proprietor of Gupchup Wala. He builds the brand, the machines and this website himself, and shares the journey with the community on Instagram and YouTube.
