Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Pickup Only

Gupchup Wala currently does not offer home delivery or courier shipping. All online orders are pre-orders for pickup from our shop at: Saddu Colony / Daldal Seoni, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492014, India.

2. Preparation Time

Our food is prepared fresh. After payment confirmation, orders are usually ready within 15-20 minutes. Your order confirmation message will mention the pickup time.

3. Working Hours

Tuesday to Sunday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Orders can be collected only during working hours.

4. How to Collect Your Order

Please show your order number or the phone number used while ordering at the shop counter to collect your order.

5. Shipping Charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges, because we do not ship orders.

6. Uncollected Orders

Because our products are fresh and perishable, an order that is not collected within 60 minutes of the confirmed pickup time may be cancelled. Such orders may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Order Updates

You will receive order updates by SMS/WhatsApp/email. For order status, contact us on +91 97131 69090.

8. Damaged or Wrong Product

Please check your order at the time of pickup. If the product is damaged, spilled, wrong or incomplete, inform us immediately at the counter, or within 2 hours with a photo/video, so we can resolve it as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
