By accessing or purchasing from this Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Use of Website
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent/guardian. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Website for any unlawful purpose.
2. Products and Pricing
All products, descriptions and prices displayed on the Website (see our Menu & Pricing page) are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, menu items or availability at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration only; the actual product may vary slightly.
3. Orders and Pickup
Online orders on this Website are pre-orders for pickup from our shop. We do not offer home delivery at present. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or shop closure). An order is confirmed only after successful payment and a confirmation message/email from us.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, as available). We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. If a payment fails but the amount is debited, it is usually auto-refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 5-7 working days.
5. Food Safety and Allergies
Our products are food items prepared hygienically. They may contain or come in contact with ingredients such as wheat, gram, spices and other allergens. Customers with allergies or medical conditions should check ingredients before consuming. Please consume products soon after pickup, as they are freshly made and perishable.
6. Shipping, Cancellation and Refunds
Pickup, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including the Gupchup Wala name, logo, images, videos, text and design, is our property and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gupchup Wala is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
